Meet XERF

Support your skin.
Refine your definition.

When skin begins to feel less firm, the change can be subtle: a softer jawline, less definition through the lower face, or looseness along the neck.

XERF is a non-invasive radiofrequency treatment designed to support collagen remodelling and improve the appearance of skin laxity. At your consultation, we discuss whether it fits your concerns, what improvement may be realistic, and how it fits into your wider skin plan.

Explore the common questions ↓

Start with your concern

Three areas. One individual plan.

Treatment areas and settings are selected after an assessment of your skin.

01 / FACE

Skin that feels
less firm

Explore a treatment focused on the appearance of facial laxity and overall firmness.

02 / JAWLINE

A softer
lower-face contour

Discuss early jowling and changes in definition around the lower face and jawline.

03 / NECK

Changes below
the chin

Include neck laxity in your assessment for a considered approach to the face and neck together.

The technology, simply explained

Energy beneath
the surface.

XERF delivers controlled radiofrequency energy through a handpiece placed on the skin. Its multifrequency technology and adjustable treatment settings allow the provider to tailor energy delivery.

Integrated cooling supports comfort at the surface while heat in the underlying tissue stimulates collagen remodelling.

What makes the approach different

Designed around
your skin.

  • Multifrequency RF: energy delivery at different tissue depths.
  • Adjustable settings: a treatment selected for your assessed needs.
  • Surface cooling: built into the system to support comfort.
  • No microneedles: the handpiece treats from the skin surface.

Suitability and treatment parameters are determined by your provider.

Your visit, step by step

Know what comes next.

01 / CONSULT

Talk it through.

We review your concerns, medical history and previous treatments, assess your skin, and explain the available options and pricing.

02 / TREAT

A tailored session.

Your provider prepares the area and uses the XERF handpiece to deliver energy. Sensations and comfort vary; your feedback matters throughout.

03 / REVIEW

Give it time.

You receive aftercare guidance and a follow-up plan. Changes develop gradually, so progress is assessed over time.

Realistic expectations

A gradual change.
A personal result.

Skin tightening is a process. The extent and timing of visible improvement differ from person to person, and maintenance needs vary.

XERF does not replace a surgical facelift. If significant sagging or volume loss is your main concern, your consultation should explore whether another approach is more appropriate.

Is XERF the same as RF microneedling?

No. XERF applies radiofrequency energy from the skin surface without microneedles. RF microneedling uses needles to deliver energy. Your consultation can help establish which approach fits your concerns.

Is XERF right for me?

A consultation is needed to assess your skin, goals and medical history. Tell your provider about medical devices or implants, pregnancy, skin conditions, medications and recent cosmetic treatments so suitability can be assessed.

What does the treatment feel like?

You may feel warmth as energy is delivered, with cooling at the skin surface. Comfort varies between individuals and treatment settings. Your provider will explain what to expect before starting.

Will I need time off afterwards?

XERF is designed to fit around daily life. Temporary redness, warmth, swelling or tenderness may occur. Your provider will discuss possible side effects, individual risks and any activity restrictions during your consultation.

How many sessions will I need?

The number and spacing of sessions depend on your skin and goals. We will explain the proposed schedule and any maintenance recommendations after assessing you.

When will I see results, and how long do they last?

Changes can develop over the weeks and months after treatment as collagen remodels. Results and their duration vary, and ageing continues. Follow-up helps assess your response and future needs.

How much does XERF cost in Vaughan?

Pricing depends on the treatment area and recommended plan. Request a consultation for a personalized quote and a clear explanation of what is included.

Can I have XERF if I have had fillers or other treatments?

Tell us what you have had, where it was performed and when. Your provider will review treatment timing and compatibility before recommending a plan.
